Easy travel, just late

Booked a seat from LA to San Diego. Bus was comfortable and had Wi-Fi. It arrived about 40 minutes late, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, a good trip.

Good for a quick trip

Needed to get from Chicago to Milwaukee last minute, and FlixBus worked out great. Booking on the app was easy. The bus was pretty clean and I even managed to nap for a bit. Got there without any fuss. Would use them again if I need to.

Decent value, few hiccups

I took a cross-country bus trip from Denver to Dallas. The ticket price was excellent compared to flying, and the reserved seating helped a lot. The bus itself was clean, and power outlets were a plus. My main gripe was the Wi-Fi was spotty for long stretches, and there was a slight delay at one of the stops. Overall, it got me there, but I wish the Wi-Fi was more consistent.

Reliable as always

I booked a trip from NYC to Boston last month, and it was just as smooth as my previous rides. The bus left on time, Wi-Fi worked fine for most of the trip, and the power outlets were a lifesaver for my phone. It's why I keep coming back for longer trips.

Good trip, late departure

I booked a ticket from Dallas to Houston. The bus was clean and had Wi-Fi, which worked fine. It left about 15 minutes late, but we still arrived close to on time. Overall, it was an okay ride.

Smooth booking, solid amenities

I used FlixBus for a trip from NYC to Boston. The ordering process on their website was straightforward; I got an e-ticket immediately. The bus itself was pretty modern, with good power outlets and free Wi-Fi that stayed connected most of the way. My seat was comfortable, though I wished there was a little more legroom. The driver was professional, and the bus departed and arrived on schedule. I also appreciated that I could track the bus in real-time through their app. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't comment there, but the overall experience was efficient and what I expected for the price.

Reliable for cross-country travel

This was my third time using FlixBus, this time for a cross-country bus trip from Chicago to Denver. Like my previous experiences, the bus was clean and the amenities like Wi-Fi and power outlets were consistent. I usually get the reserved seating, and it was ready as expected. I did notice this time that the onboard snacks seemed a bit pricier than before, which was a minor disappointment. But for long-distance travel, they're still my go-to because I know what I'm getting. They've been reliable for me every time.

Decent value for a college student

As a first-time buyer looking to save money, FlixBus was a good option for my airport transfer from the university to LAX. I used a student discount which made the ticket pretty affordable compared to other options. The journey was comfortable enough, and having the power outlets was helpful for charging my phone. I didn't get an extra legroom seat, and it felt a little cramped, but for the price I paid, I can't complain much. It got me there without breaking my budget, so it felt worth it overall.
